The Team at Reside guides investors, participants and their families, service providers and all associated partners through the whole process from property selection, to construction completion.
The Reside approach to the development of SDA is built on the "Person-Centred-Approach" to help our Participants, enabling them to be and do their very best. This approach is based on in-depth research conducted with a university and forms an integral aspect of our service provision.

Troy Felt
Director of Acquisition and Built Form
Combining his lifelong passion for construction, and property development with his consummate expertise, Troy Felt is committed and determined to achieve success within the industry.
Raised by dedicated professionals, Troy knew from the early age of nine that he wanted to build and create with the same zeal and hard work shown by his family.
Having already begun to grow his property portfolio as a teenager, Troy took his love for property to the next level and decided to start his own development company, to becoming one of the largest construction and development companies relating to the built form outcomes in Western Australia, while earning several Housing Industry awards along the way. The project consists of large land subdivisions, Multi-family, exclusive homes, low-rise housing to high-rise developments. At every stage of his career, Troy has gained invaluable experience and an intimate of understanding of property investment.
With over 27 years in the industry, Troy now applies his hard-earned knowledge by conducting intensive market research. By examining the property market cycles, Troy evaluates locations most likely to yield long-term capital growth, that considers, which areas will provide strong cash flow and the best returns. Working closely with the team, together they assist their clients through every stage of the process, from property acquisition to leasing and managing the asset.

Andrew Egan
Director of Compliance & Business Development
Andrew Egan started his career in the family nursery business with a passion for working the land which led to property development. The work ethic taught by his family has been one of his greatest strengths in achieving success in property development, which is admired by his peers.
Andrew’s daughter, Saphrah had suffered from an acquired brain injury just before her 3rd Birthday, and now she is 28 years old. Andrew has been involved in the National Disability Insurance Scheme from conception. He has gained much knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by the participants and their families. He understands that these issues can be very overwhelming. With that knowledge, he has a strong desire to make a difference by applying his development expertise to the industry for the participants and family members who deserve and need it the most.
Lachlan Elsworth
Director of Capital and Finance
I am a results driven risk controller who has been intimately involved in the finance industry for over 15 years.
As an international speaker, university lecturer, educator and published author in the fields of finance, market trading design and risk mitigation I have a broad skill set. I spent 15 years in the Australian Regular Army honing my understanding of risk mitigation and it is an exciting adventure bringing this to a non-military environment.
I am excited to have been invited to join the Reside Team. Having already run educational scholarships for the disabled, in addition to growing up with a little brother who is also a three times paralympian, may I suggest Reside is a passionate fit for me.
The Reside Team is passionate about changing people's lives for the better and they are also genuine about achieving this. I am excited to be a part of such a socially proactive adventure that fits with my personal passions and professional experiences alike.
